Introduction
Association for the Development of Protected Areas (ADAP) through its project Co –Management of the Katavi Corridor Forest project intends to support beekeepers from the Villages of Utende, Mgombe, Kanonge, Wachawaseme, Mtakuja, Masigo, Kaulolo and Nsenkwa Wards of Mlele District, in Katavi Region by providing different beekeeping production materials for Increased harvests of bee products and machinery equipment for adding value to the bee products.
Objective of the work
First is delivering various beekeeping production equipment, processing machine and storage equipment to the project site. Second is the installing the machine and delivering training to the operators on the use of the machine. Specifically the selected supplier will deliver.

Deliverables
- Mentioned beekeeping production equipment are delivered to the project site (Inyonga ,Mlele District)
- Processing and storage equipment are delivered and installed in the project site.
- Training is provided to the operators of the machines for processing honey and beeswax
- Equipment guides and operators manual for the machines are also delivered.
- Warranty Receipt for beekeeping equipment and Machines.
Qualifications
The Supplier should have the following qualifications when applying for the tender job
- Registered as tax payer that having a TIN Number from Tanzania Revenue Authority
- Have current Business License
- Have EFD Machines
- Have experience of conducting similar task to other organizations
- Have skills on beekeeping and value chain development for bee products.
Payment
Payment to the selected supplier will be made on installment based on the agreement in the contract
Submission
- One page application letter
- Two page proposal with budget inclusive products prices, transport costs and other service charges for the items
- One page resume of the supplier or company with references of previous similar jobs done.
- Copy of TIN Number and current business license as an attachment

Deadline for applications is 10 June2022 application should not exceed 5 pages for cover letter, proposal, resume and copy of TIN Number
