On 9 and 10 February 2024, Plan-les-Ouates’ Social Action and Youth Department organised a Solidarity Forum at the Espace V\u00e9lodrome in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva municipality).<\/p>\n

The themes of the event were climate change and solidarity projects.<\/p>\n

ADAP was present alongside the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration genevoise de coop\u00e9ration – FGC<\/a> and other associations such as emp’ACT<\/a>, Ecohumanita, FH Suisse – Food for the Hungry<\/a>, Graine de Baobab, IRHA – International Rainwater Harvesting Alliance<\/a>, Tereo<\/a>, as well as the Plateforme Souverainet\u00e9 Alimentaire.<\/p>\n

The event provided an opportunity to present ADAP’s community forest management projects in western Tanzania. Saturday afternoon was an opportunity for the children to play the “Tanzanian Wildlife Survival” quiz, prepared especially for the occasion, and discover the eating habits of Tanzanian wildlife.<\/p>\n
